This Terms apply to you in relation to your use of this Website. If you disagree with any of these Terms, you may discontinue access to the Website will constitute acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and the contents of the Website at any time. You agree that you will have no claim against us for any statement which is not explicitly set out in this Terms.

1. Representations and Warranties

• 1.1 You expressly represent and warrant that you are legally entitled to accept and agree to the Terms and that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the right authority and capacity to use the Website.
• 1.2 You further confirm that all the information which you provide shall be true and accurate. Your use of the Website is for your own sole, personal use. You undertake not to authorize others to use your identity or user status, and user may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
• 1.3 We don’t give any warranty that this Website is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology and your business.

You agree that;

• 2.2 will not use the Website or cause LHM or any third party to cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, inappropriate, disrespectful or make fake information or ideas regardless of any misgivings that you may have against LHM or the third party and will not try to harm LHM in any way whatsoever;
• 2.3 shall not intentionally or unintentionally cause or attempt to cause damage to the third-party vendors, service providers;
• 2.4 will only use the Website for your own use and will not resell it to a third party;
• 2.5 shall provide accurate, current and complete information as required for the use and will provide LHM with proof of identity as it may reasonably request or require; and
• 2.7 undertake full responsibility and liability for all loss or damage suffered by yourself, the third-party vendors, or any third party as a result of any breach of the Terms of Use.

• 3.1 You acknowledge and agree that, by using this Website, we may collect, use and share all Personal Information (whether relating to you or to a third person) contained in the User Content for protecting the personal privacy. You warrant that you have provided the prior informed consent of such.
• 3.2 However, if you or another person choose to share any User Content outside of LHM, you acknowledge and accept that the handling and use of any Personal Information contained therein is beyond our control and responsibility and you hereby release us from any liability in respect of such use of any Personal Information.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

• 4.1 LHM is the sole owner of all rights, ownership rights, equity rights of this Website and Legal House Myanmar Law Firm of Intellectual Property. You or any third party shall not claim and challenge to have any rights in the Intellectual Property. Any such claim or challenge of the Intellectual Property rights shall constitute a breach of this Terms.

5. Disclaimer and Exclusion of Liability

• 5.1 You agree that your use of the Website will be at your sole risk.
• 5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the website and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• 5.3 We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the website’s content, information and we will assume no liability or responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies of content and materials personally, financially as well as technologically.

6. Indemnification

• 6.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates,
and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable lawyers’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use or misuse of the Website; (2) breach of these Terms of Use; (3) any violation of intellectual property rights; or (4) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Website.
• 6.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

7. Termination

• 7.1 You hereby agree that LHM is entitled to terminate this Terms immediately in the event that you are found to be in breach of any of the Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• 8.1 The failure of LHM to enforce any right or provision in the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by LHM in writing.
• 8.2 The Terms comprises the entire consent between you and LHM and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations or discussions, whether written or oral (if any) between the Parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
• 8.3 The Terms shall be governed by and is to be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes arise out of or in connection with to this Terms, regarding any breach, existence, effect, validity or termination, which the Parties do not resolve amicably within a period of fifteen (15) days, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration proceedings in Yangon in according with Myanmar Arbitration Centre (MAC) under the Myanmar Arbitration Law (2016). A single arbitrator shall be appointed by the mutual agree of the Parties. Myanmar language shall prevail.
